About Me
Hi, I'm Parth. I am a PhD candidate at the Laboratory for Biomolecular Modeling at EPFL. My research interests include applications of machine learning in structural bioinformatics, computational biophysics and integrative modeling. I enjoy playing chess, traveling, reading, and building things.

RISoTTo
RIbonucleic acid Sequence design from TerTiary structure, a newly trained model capable of predicting RNA sequences from their backbone scaffolds. RISoTTo was the primary focus of my MS thesis. Unlike traditional methods, RISoTTo can design RNA sequences while considering the surrounding context of proteins, ligands, or ions around the nucleotides. This empowers RISoTTo as a potent tool for context-aware RNA sequence design. The paper and accompanying code for RISoTTo will be published soon.

PeSTo-Carbs
PeSTo-Carbs is my most recent paper published in the Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation. It is a geometric transformer and an extension of PeSTo, specifically engineered to predict protein–carbohydrate and protein-cyclodextrin binding interfaces.

Welearn-bot
Welearn-bot is a CLI application to interact with welearn in the IISER Kolkata domain. The bot was created and is actively maintained by Satvik, Abhay, Amarjeet and I. It can be used to download all the necessary files from welearn, list your assignments, etc. It has Google Calendar integrated to directly add due assignments to your calendar.
